3 Axis CNC Engraving Mill[1]
Mill is operational using the LinuxCNC install on connected computer.
Mill currently does not have limit or homing switches.
Use Steps
THE MILL SHOULD ALWAYS BE USED WHILE WEARING EYE PROTECTION. THE MILL SHOULD NEVER BE USED UNATTENDED WHILE ENERGIZED!
1> Boot PC if not booted, log in under 'maker', and double click the 'launch Sable'icon
2> Ensure work piece is affixed to the bed securely
3> Install cutting bit securely.
4> Turn on power strip between Mill and monitor, energizing the spindle and controller.
5> Follow homing and tool length offset processes.
