The Fermentation shop started out as a beer brewing crew and is now morphing into a general Fermentation group where we can collectively make things like beer, pickles, kombucha, sauerkraut, etc!

For beer we enjoy brewing all different styles from Lagers to IPAs to sours. One of our recent brews is the Sellis White below.
